He has also an experience of Teaching at Parmarth Nature Cure & Yoga Center for 10 years. He visits many European countries for giving lecture and conference on Ayurveda (Germany, Austria etc).

According to Indian philosophies and Upnishads , Meditation is explained as a way which can lead you to joy and Nirvana. According to Patanjali Yogsutra the process in which you focus your mind at some point and your mind gets concentrated is called Meditation.
One of the best advantage of practicing meditation is it has no harmful effects and so far there are no injuries that are associated with it. A person does not require any kind of equipment to meditate; all that is needed is enough space. This is why physicians recommend this practice to patients suffering from stress-related conditions.
The only way for reaching self-realization is meditation. According to bhakti Yog mantra is one of the ways to meditate. Our Hindu spiritual books according to reaching for to the good there are many ways one of them is mantras. Which is the simplest and easiest way? By chanting mantras we try to attach to the good.
Mantras are the simple sound which creates vibration around us to provide positivity and awareness to one self. By practicing mantra chanting one get spiritual, psychical and mental happiness.it create positive energy inside practitioners and reduce the negative energy.
In yoga, mantras are typically chanted in Sanskrit. The Sanskrit word mantra is derived from the root of man which means “to think,” and tra from trai which means “to protect or to free from bondage” or “to free from the mind.” Often when we sit down to meditate our mind jumps from thought to thought, making it difficult to focus our attention.
Pranayama is one of the key components of the physical and mental practice to achieve self – realisation in yoga. Maharishi Patanjali has spoken about pranayama as its fourth limb in his Ashtanga Yoga whereas hatha yoga Pradipika has given it second place and grand Sahita has as given it fifth place in its practice.
Pranayama is Sanskrit word which is made of two words prana = vital force/ life force, Ayama = control/ contentment.
It is related to our Breathing process so by the help of breathing process we try to control or contain the life force energy inside our body that is Pranayama. Pranayama is very helpful for our physical and spiritual enlightenment. As it purifies our chakras to move the energy from mooladhara chakra (Base Chakra) to Sahasrara Chakra (Crown Chakra).
